Well, it’s that time of year again – a time to give thanks, appreciate others, enjoy, reflect and celebrate. But before we enter 2015, I’d like to share some highlights from 2014.

SLMA Recognition Honor

2014 has been a memorable year.  A major highlight was to be nominated among the Sales Lead Management Association’s 50 Most Influential People in Sales Lead Management.  I was even more honored to have been voted onto the final list of 50 Most Influential People in Sales Lead Management, ranking number 30 among those named on SLMA’s list, 50 Most Influential People in Sales Lead Management.

I extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation.

Topics to Watch in 2015

In keeping with providing tips, insights, and best practices in inside sales and outbound prospecting, here are a few topics I will cover in my blog during 2015.

  • Why not Inside Sales?
  • Is the Salesperson really extinct?
  • Why metrics matter – or do they?

If there is a topic of special interest that you would like to hear more about,  please let us know. This year’s most-read post is: Providing Superior Customer Service: 10 Common Problems and Solutions. I look forward to following up with more articles on inside sales and outbound prospecting topics that interest you.

2014 was a good year and I expect 2015 will be even better. I appreciate your support and your interest, and wish you the happiest of holidays and peace and prosperity in the coming year. All the best!
