“My company is involved in an area known as Customer Relationship Management. Our challenge was two-fold.

First, we needed an effective way to manage both clients and prospects. We needed to be able to accumulate and organize critical data, manage an opportunity pipeline and have effective communication in our widely dispersed sales team. Secondly, we needed to build an internal sales/lead generation team from the ground up.
