As we embark upon yet another year, it’s that time to share thoughts, insights, ideas, and discoveries with our reader audience. This year, I’d like to bring back essential topics that seem needed as a refresher in today’s modern day.

Last year my family was fortunate to visit the west. A magical, spectacular part of our great land we had never explored or experienced before. The natural beauty of America leaves one in awe. It was different from last summer when indoors was the norm during COVID. Being outdoors was a welcomed change.

I am dedicating this year’s series to youth. My son learned many life lessons from the wisdom I shared based on our experiences during our trip.

This 2022 blog post series will touch on: Back To Basics Learned and Shared During the Summer of 2021.

Here are the topics I will share this year.

  • February: One View of The Customer From The Customer Perspective
  • March:  Impact On The Customer/Business Having One Customer View
  • April: How To Address Customers When You Are Short-Staffed
  • May: What Should You Major In At College? Does It Matter?
  • June: The Importance and Downside of being Technologically Advanced
  • July: Shooting For The Stars Whatever Your Favorite One Is
