The last time I formally communicated was through my blog in June of 2020. It is an understatement to say the coronavirus impacted all of us last year and will continue to affect our decisions in 2021. I started sharing my ideas about helping our clients adjust their prospecting efforts from May to June last year with topics such as target market redefinition, compelling messaging, and work from home lessons learned.
These prospecting ideas have helped Exceed Sales and their clients not only survive but thrive in an ever-changing environment. I hope those thoughts helped you to do the same in 2020.
People ask me to make predictions for 2021. If I had a crystal ball, I could and would, but I don’t have a crystal ball, so I won’t make predictions. I can only share what I expect for this year:
- Ideas that worked in 2020 we believe will continue to work in 2021
- 2021 is an opportunity for new ideas we will try, and we’ll share what works with you
As we come up with new approaches or continue old techniques we will share them. Then you can try to determine if they work in your culture.
